Responsibilities included testing Course Based Training software for final release. Testing included documenting issues found while testing the software and communicating with development and project leads. I was also in charge of installing and maintaining computer hardware for all desktops and laptops. I was then promoted to level 2 phone technical support, where I assisted external clients and staff with software related technical issues. Responsibilities included support of systems running Win NT, Win 95, Win 98, MS Office, custom in-house Java applications, and a variety of third party software. I was then moved into product development where I helped “assemble” our course based training software. During my time in product development, I gained extensive knowledge in MS Interdev, SourceSafe, HTML, and VB Script.
